Houda El Khatib is the Senior Vice President and Head of Events & Sponsorships at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where she leads the bank’s global events, corporate engagements, and sponsorship strategy across the UAE and international markets. With over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement, Houda is known for delivering high-impact, large-scale events that drive brand value, business objectives, and meaningful dialogue.
Houda holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and is passionate about creating platforms that connect ideas, leaders, and purpose on a global stage.
In her role at FAB, she partners closely with senior leadership to design and execute strategic engagements, develop high-value partnerships, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns supported by data analytics and measurable outcomes. Prior to FAB, Houda held senior leadership roles across diverse sectors including telecommunications, finance, and infrastructure, with a strong track record in brand building, market expansion, and innovative event concepts.
