Renowned for his pioneering work in experience design and destination development, he has made significant contributions as an academic, consultant, and industry innovator across Europe and the Middle East.
Dr. Morgan has been consistently recognised among the world’s 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry by the Eventex Awards. He currently serves as Principal Consultant – Tourism and Leisure at Jadarah Business Consulting in Riyadh, where he contributes to national-scale transformation projects across Saudi Arabia.
His work has been featured in numerous international publications, and he regularly participates as a keynote speaker, panellist, and judge at leading industry platforms, including Best of Events International, International Confex, IMEX, Arabian Travel Market, Saudi Event Show, Future Hospitality Summit, MALT, and MILT.
Dr. Morgan holds a PhD in Tourism Development and Destination Regeneration.
