Rasha Mash’al is a seasoned travel and tourism leader with over two decades of experience across destination management, MICE, and incentive travel in the Middle East. She currently serves as General Manager at Creative Tours – Jordan, where she has been leading operations and business growth since 2013.
In her role, Rasha specializes in designing and delivering high-impact meetings, conferences, and incentive programs, with a strong focus on experiential travel and nature-led engagements that align business objectives with memorable destination experiences. She is widely respected for her strategic thinking, operational rigor, and deep understanding of distributor meetings, corporate incentives, and customized group travel solutions.
Prior to this, Rasha held senior leadership roles including Director of Sales at All In Travel (Dubai) and Senior Tourism Manager at Creative Tours, building a strong regional network across Jordan and the GCC. She holds a Licentiate Degree in Meeting and Event Planning from The George Washington University School of Business and brings a results-driven, client-centric approach to every engagement.
